O Almighty and merciful Father, grant to our parish all things needful for its spiritual welfare. Bless, we beseech thee, him who ministers to us in holy things. Nurture the children in thy faith and love, comfort the sick and the sorrowful, strengthen the faithful, arouse the careless, recover the fallen; and grant to us all such humility, love and zeal that we may faithfully serve within they Holy Church to the glory of thy name and the benefit of our fellowmen; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
