The All Hallows Bible Study Group meets weekly on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 am in the Parish House. The Bible is central to our faith, and its study must be a regular part of our lives. We meet as a small group to carefully and thoughtfully examine one book at a time. It can take us several months to read just a single book of the Old or New Testament. We read aloud a chapter, and then discuss it verse by verse. This enriching, meditative act is greatly aided by the diverse and insightful comments of the members of the group. Meeting in Father Mark's office, we can, if necessary, refer to different translations of the Bible, historic maps, and a library of learned commentaries on Scripture. In these intimate meetings, we learn about ourselves, our faith, and the history of a people. All members of the parish are welcome to join either group at any time.
