Aid For Friends serves shut-ins in the Greater Philadelphia area with home-cooked meals delivered weekly by volunteer visitors.

This is a vital outreach of our parish, and you are called to help.
Here’s how:

1. Plan for an extra guest at your table each day of the week.

2. Pick up a kit of aluminum trays, plastic containers, menu sheets and bags from the Parish House kitchen or at the church door.

3. Fill the trays and containers with your meal, cover with foil, fill out the menu sheets, tie them in the bags with string or ribbon and place them in your freezer.

4. Bring a week’s worth of frozen meals to church on Sunday and place them in the Parish House kitchen freezer.

5. Write the date and number of meals on the sheet on the refrigerator door.

6. Repeat regularly.
